Mosques of Harat Al-Bilad, Manah

Three of the mosques within the walls of Harat Al-Bilad - Masjid Al-Ayn, Masjid As-Shura and Masjid Al-Ali - and the Masjid Jama which is contiguous to the settlement, are of great importance to the architectural and artistic heritage of the Sultanate of Oman. Built in simple, traditional Ibadi style, they are notable for their elaborately carved gypsum mihrabs dating from the 16th century.
